They asked for the HW serial number (I gave them also the S/N for SW Maschine 2 and Komplete Selection pack, however I am not sure it is necessary).
They confirmed that the website transfer is not working. So I created a ticket on the NI Support page. The seller created a transfer ID, but the NI website did not work (message: "Sorry, we're experiencing technical problems. Also ebay and aliexpress offer them but I do not have the confidence. Mouser seems to be the only location to get real originals. Unfortunately, not available in my country for purchase. Replacement potentiometer is probably this one: (the seller told me about it and I bought it for a really good price) I have a faulty right-most potentiometer and the one of Group buttons is not catching the press every time.
